If you encounter a faulty item, please immediately submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request, adhering strictly to the conditions outlined in the Terms & Conditions section. To claim warranty coverage, you will need specific details, including the order number, purchase date, and serial number of the defective unit. Please include these details in your RMA request. We will verify if the product is covered by warranty, and if necessary, one of our representatives will attempt to resolve the issue through a phone call or email.
If the issue persists, you will be issued an RMA Number and further instructions on following the standard RMA procedures. Once the defective unit is returned, we will assess it against our defined criteria and attempt to resolve the issue. If we determine that the item cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement unit, which may be either brand new or a similar unit with the exact specifications.
To initiate an RMA request, you must agree to the terms and conditions listed below. Please note that this is a mandatory requirement for the return of all items to Techtrek Technologies, regardless of the reason for the return.
Returned items must be in their original condition. All accessories, manuals, software, and warranties must be included in their original, undamaged packaging.
Once you receive the RMA Number, you must securely repack the items in the same manner in which they were originally sent to you (inside the original box). If the original box is damaged or marked in any way, a restocking fee of 30% will be applied.
Do not write anything directly on the original box or packaging.
Ensure that the package prominently displays the assigned RMA Number on the outer box; otherwise, the package will not be accepted.
Our complete address must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. It is recommended to use a label for this purpose.
After receiving and testing the faulty goods, a replacement item will be dispatched to you within 10 days of receipt.
Please note that any discrepancies or inconsistencies between your purchase order (PO) and the received goods must be reported within 2 days of receiving the items.
Goods Damaged in Transit:
If you notice visible damage to goods upon delivery, it is crucial to sign for the goods as "damaged on arrival" with the courier and then contact us immediately at +1(877)261-9475.
If items were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 2 working days of delivery.
The following reasons can invalidate the replacement of the hardware:
The item is found to be free of the faults mentioned in the information provided on the RMA form.
The item is found to be tampered with or physically damaged.
Incorrect or improper software usage.
Techtrek Technologies reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee if:
Any damage to the original packaging is identified.
Any components or accessories are found to be missing; will be charged separately at the actual cost of the missing items.
