Return Policy

Techtrek Technologies is committed to ensuring our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. However, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise. To address such situations, we have established return policies that allow customers to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, provided they agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Please note that RMAs can only be requested within two days of receiving the product.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer decides to cancel their order for any reason, the order can be canceled without any charges before it is dispatched by emailing us with the order reference number or the PO number. However, if the order has already been dispatched, a 30% restocking fee will be applied upon cancellation.

If the order has been dispatched and received by the customer, we recommend not opening it if the customer has changed their mind. Instead, arrangements should be made for the shipment to be returned within the next 10 days. It is important to ensure that the item is adequately packed, preferably in its original packaging, to avoid a 30% restocking fee.

The returned item should be in unused and resalable condition, including all accessories, packaging, and any accompanying items. The responsibility for shipping the order back, covering return delivery costs, and arranging insurance against loss or damage during transit lies with the customer. The customer will be held liable if products are lost during shipping.

Orders shipped directly by the manufacturer are considered non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Non-Faulty Returns Conditions

If a customer wishes to return a product without any faults, and the company agrees to accept the return, the customer must return it within 10 days with prior written agreement from the company. However, the item must be unused, unopened, with the manufacturer's seal intact, and in perfect resalable condition. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all non-faulty items returned (terms may apply), except when the item supplied by Techtrek Technologies is incorrect. Incorrectly shipped items must be returned in their original condition; otherwise, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

Original Condition

Please note that it is essential to keep accessories, manuals, software, and warranties in their original condition and packaging. Repackaging should match the original packaging to facilitate the return process.
