International Orders
Our shipping services extend beyond the United States to customers around the world.
- Shipping charges for international orders may vary. To calculate the shipping rate, you can select 'international delivery' as your shipping option at checkout for your desired items. You will then be able to view the applicable shipping rate on your order before order processing. In the order form, you can also choose the maximum shipping cost.
- For any product weighing more than 5 lbs, you will receive a quote directly via email after we have processed your order. In such cases, our shipping rate estimator will not be applicable.
- We provide free Ground Shipping for our products overall, as long as they weigh up to 15lbs.
- No handling charges will be required for any international order. Custom charges cannot be estimated, nor can we arrange for them. Any local customs charges imposed on your orders by your country's customs office are your responsibility.
- Before shipping, we classify all our orders as merchandise, specify their value, and declare the contents of your order. However, if you wish us to exclude the invoice from the package at the time of order placement, we can do that.
- If you are placing an order with us again or have placed an order before, you will benefit from the option of ordering promptly.
- We are grateful to serve our international customers with the best of our service. However, it is unfortunately not within our control to verify international credit cards due to the restrictions imposed by your home country. We receive numerous fraudulent credit card complaints. We reserve the right to restrict, delay, or even cancel credit card payments for orders billed or shipped to foreign addresses.
- To verify credit card payments, it is recommended that you use a PayPal account or Wire Transfer. Payments made through PayPal can be verified with minimal delays in most areas of the world.
- If you do not have a PayPal account, it is recommended that you pay using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Please also be informed that payment verification may take over seven working days.
- Verifying credit card accounts from other countries can be challenging, depending on the card issuer or country. Therefore, after all verification options are exhausted, you may be asked to email or fax ID verifications. Alternatively, you may be asked to pay via Wire Transfer TT.
Simplifying payment verification can be achieved if you have an official email address with a company domain.
