Due to the customized and milestone-based nature of our projects, we have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency and mutual accountability with our clients.
Payment Terms
All projects undertaken by TECHTREK TECHNOLOGIES LLC are divided into defined phases or milestones, with payment schedules agreed upon in the client contract. Payments are processed via secure payment processing channel powered by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.
Refund Eligibility
We strive to maintain a fair and professional relationship with our clients. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Before Work Begins: A full refund may be issued if the project is cancelled in writing before any work has commenced.
- Partial Completion: If the client cancels after the project has started but before a milestone is completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed, minus administrative and processing fees.
- Failure to Deliver: If TECHTREK TECHNOLOGIES LLC fails to deliver services as outlined in the signed agreement and is unable to provide a satisfactory resolution, the client may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- If the client has approved a milestone or completed phase of work.
- If delays are caused by client inaction, including failure to provide necessary information or feedback.
- For services rendered under maintenance plans, digital advertising campaigns, or SEO services after campaign launch.
- Change of mind or change in business direction not related to a breach of contract.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage clients to contact us directly at support@techtrektechnologies.com to resolve any billing issues. Our team will review all refund requests and aim to provide a resolution within 2 business days.
If a dispute arises and cannot be resolved mutually, TECHTREK TECHNOLOGIES LLC reserves the right to involve third-party mediation or legal counsel, in accordance with the governing law outlined in the service agreement.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting TECHTREK TECHNOLOGIES LLC first to resolve the matter may be considered a breach of contract. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks with full documentation of the transaction and signed agreement.
Service Modifications & Cancellations
Requests for modifications or cancellations to active services must be submitted in writing. TECHTREK TECHNOLOGIES LLC will review the request and determine whether it qualifies for a refund or credit toward future services.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
